All our products and services are delivered digitally. Here's how delivery works at AffiStudio.

1. DIGITAL DELIVERY ONLY

AffiStudio provides digital products and services only. No physical goods are involved, so no traditional shipping is required.

All deliverables — game builds, source code, APK files, website files, and documentation — are delivered electronically via:

  • Google Drive — Shared folder with organized project files.
  • Email — Direct delivery of files and documentation.
  • WhatsApp — Quick file sharing for APKs and progress updates.
  • GitHub — For source code delivery on select projects.
  • Direct Publishing — Games/apps published to your Play Store or Steam account.

2. DELIVERY TIMELINES

Estimated delivery timelines depend on the type of service:

Note: Actual delivery may vary based on project scope and client responsiveness.

3. DELIVERY PROCESS

  • Step 1 — Project Brief: We agree on scope, features, and timeline.
  • Step 2 — Development: Regular updates shared via WhatsApp or email.
  • Step 3 — Review: You receive a preview (test APK, staging link, or demo).
  • Step 4 — Final Delivery: After approval and payment, all files are delivered digitally.
  • Step 5 — Publishing: Game/app published to your store account.

4. DELAYS

Delays may occur due to:

  • Incomplete or delayed assets/feedback from the client.
  • Scope changes or additional feature requests during development.
  • Third-party delays (Play Store review, Steam review, etc.).
  • Technical issues or unexpected bugs requiring extended QA.

We will communicate proactively and provide a revised timeline if delays are expected.

5. POST-DELIVERY SUPPORT

  • All plans include post-launch support (30–60 days depending on the package).
  • Support covers bug fixes and minor adjustments — not new features.
  • Extended maintenance packages available starting at ₹3,000/month.
