REFUNDS

We want you to be happy with our work. Here's our policy on cancellations and refunds.

1. CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel your project at any time by contacting us via email or WhatsApp. However, cancellation terms depend on the stage of the project:

  • Before work begins: If you cancel before any development work has started, you will receive a full refund of the advance payment.
  • During development: If work has already begun, the advance payment is non-refundable as it covers the work completed up to the point of cancellation.
  • After delivery: Once the project has been delivered and approved, no refund will be issued.

3. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

To request a cancellation or refund, please follow these steps:

  • Send an email to hello@affistudio.com with your project name and reason for cancellation.
  • Or contact us on WhatsApp at +91 92170 34272.
  • We will review your request and respond within 48 hours.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

4. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

The following items and services are non-refundable under any circumstances:

  • Third-party purchases made on your behalf (Unity assets, templates, plugins).
  • Google Play Console fees ($25 one-time fee).
  • Steamworks app credit ($100 per game).
  • Domain and hosting purchases.
  • Completed and delivered work that has been approved by the client.

5. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

If you are unsatisfied with the delivered work:

  • Contact us first — we will work with you to resolve issues and make necessary changes within the project scope.
  • All plans include post-launch support (30–60 days) for bug fixes.
  • If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled as per Indian consumer protection laws.
